Hi, Everyone –
I can’t believe it has been 6-months since being at L’Academie Baking & Cooking School. I keep asking myself where the time has gone….
Primarily, I wish to thank my new Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa friends who have stuck by us during the ownership transition. You mean a great deal to me and to L’Academie, and I will remain ever grateful for your continued support, good wishes, suggestions for workshops, and all.
Also, as we also usher in the month of May, I want everyone to make sure to give your Mom a big hug and kiss, and thank her for everything she has done for you. Everyone has heard me talk about my Mom these last several months, and although I know she is watching from above I still miss her every single day and wish I had one more opportunity to give her a hug and kiss. KUDOS to all our Moms out there – and thank you for everything!
This month we also remember the Veterans who are no longer with us. Let’s take time on Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day) with a few moments of silence and remember what they did for us. My Dad was a WWII veteran, and I remain extremely proud of his service and dedication to this country, as well his service and dedication to his family. KUDOS to all our Veterans as well!
We’ve had a great first 6-months, and I’m really looking forward to many more with you. You are all wonderful people, and I’m very blessed to know you. Cheers to the month of May, to our Moms, to our Veterans, and to a great Summer ahead.
Peace,
Paul
