Join Sommelier Christopher Ried and Paul as we walk you thru pairing your selected wines with sweet, salty, and spicy dips. The first hour of the session will be making the dips, and the second hour will focus on pairing your selected wine with each dip. Bring your wine questions and your taste buds, and tap into Christopher’s expertise on how these pairings effect and tantalize your pallet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We must stay within the legal limits of our BYOB license. Each person is allowed up to 1 liter of wine. Prior to the class, Christopher will provide a selection of ½ bottle or full-bottle wines for you to obtain and bring to the workshop (staying within the 1-liter requirement).
Restrictions: Must be 21 and older.
