Wine & Dips 101

Join Chef Paul as we walk thru pairing your selected wines with sweet, savory, and spicy dips. The first hour of the session will be making the dips, and the second hour will focus on pairing the wine selections (will be sent to you ahead of time) with each dip. Bring your wine questions and your taste buds, and see how these pairings effect and tantalize your pallet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We must stay within the legal limits of our BYOB license. Each person is allowed up to 1 liter of wine. Prior to the class, Chef will provide a selection of ½ bottle or full-bottle wines for you to obtain and bring to the workshop (staying within the 1-liter requirement).
Restrictions: All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
