Virtual Cooking With Chef Paul – Paella

Join me this Sunday for a brand new L’Academie dish – Paella.
Paella is said to have origins in Valencia, Spain, where the regional dialect Valencian has both Spanish and French derivations. The dish is, historically, made up from leftover odds and ends with the key ingredient rice. Other than the rice, Paella can come in all sorts of regional flavors and traditions, usually a mixture of rice, vegetables, seasoning, and some sort of meat or seafood.

NOTE: This workshop is completely virtual – there is no on-site participation.
NOTE: Time of the event is 2 PM – 4 PM (Arizona/Mountain time)
