L’Academie’s newest Sushi Chef Braxton Teasck (trained by Chef Austin Lee) is primed and ready to share his Sushi talent with us.  Reserve your seats now as these always go super fast – and don’t forget to bring your bottle of wine (we are a BYOB!), and partake in a wonderful evening consisting of:

Appetizer – Fresh Spring Rolls w/Yakiniku (Grilled Beef Steak)
-Tuck into this fresh Spring Roll wrapped with rice paper packed with fresh herbs, vegetables, and grilled flank steak served with tangy and savory Yakinuku Sauce

Entree – Dragon Roll
-Tame your sushi craving with the Dragon Roll with Charbroiled Eel, Avocado, Cucumber, Krab, and finished with house made sweet soy sauce glaze

Seared Salmon Roll
-Get ready for the mouth-watering Seared Salmon Roll with Torched Salmon, Avocado, Cucumber, Krab, and finished with sweet and savory Chili Sauce
