By Popular Demand……this Greek chicken and potato skillet dish is a Mediterranean classic (similar to my Chicago-favorite Chicken Vesuvio).  Bring your sweetheart and join us for an evening of great cooking, and even better eating. And don’t forget your bottle of wine, as we are BYOB.
