Let’s travel to the beautiful Bavarian region of Germany for a gorgeous Oktoberfest-type chicken dish, with red cabbage, apple, and red onion. This dish is cooked in a skillet to capture all the flavors of Germany. Bring your bottle of wine to enjoy while the skillet cooks in the oven and while we make traditional potato pancakes topped with apple sauce. We will complete the experience with a piece of traditional German Chocolate cake. Enjoy this touch of Germany.
Cost is per person – and please bring your “Take Out” containers, for any delights you wish to take home and enjoy.
