Cake Decorating For The Beginner

We are pleased to bring back our friend Pastry Chef Erica Bentson, Owner of Whisk & Paddle Bakeshop, for another cake decorating session.  Join her as she walks us thru decorating for the beginner (intermediate and advanced sessions will be offered in upcoming months!).

This class will include techniques for leveling, filling & crumb-coating the cake.  We then apply a finishing coat of buttercream building your technique with smooth sides and clean, crisp edges.  We then complete the cake focusing on a border and basic rosettes.
