Cake Decorating – The Next Level……

Cake Decorating For The Beginner was such a success – so again we are pleased to bring back our friend Pastry Chef Erica Bentson, Owner of Whisk & Paddle Bakeshop, for another fantastic cake decorating session.  Join her as she walks us thru bumping up our cake decorating techniques – learn to make buttercream flowers, leaves, and a basketweave design, as well as mix different colors in one bag for a colorful effect, and an Ombre Effect. In addition, learn about piped scroll work, writing on a cake, and painting on an already made and frosted cake.
