Basics of Cooking Class #1 (of 3)

Do you find your kitchen skills lacking?  Are you frustrated with a lack of variety in your meals?  Are you ready to do something more?  Join Chef Paul in this three-class series on cooking basics.  These sessions are designed for the beginner cook and will go thru techniques of cooking various meats, cream sauces, side dishes including soup that will make your family proud!  Learn a little, laugh a little, and make a delicious dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:  You are registering for the three-class series (and don’t forget your bottle of wine each class!).
