Basics of Cooking 102 (Class #2 of 3)

Prerequisite:  Hopefully you would have been able to take our Basics of Cooking 101 prior to this experience.

I’m so glad to offer this new series for the beginner cook who wants to advance their skill level as well as for the non-beginner who wants to add recipes and techniques to their repertoire of family dinners. 

Do you find your kitchen skills lacking?  Are you frustrated with a lack of variety in your meals?  Are you ready to do something more?  Join Chef Paul in this three-class series on cooking basics – the next level.  We will continue learning about cooking various meats, cream sauces, side dishes that will make your family proud!  Learn more, laugh more, and make/eat your delicious dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:  You are registering for the three-class series (and don’t forget your take-home container and your bottle of wine for each class – see below for recommendation!).
