This series was such a hit and got such rave reviews I am running it again for those who may have missed it.

Do you find your kitchen skills lacking?  Are you frustrated with a lack of variety in your meals?  Are you ready to do something more?  Join Chef Paul in this three-class series on cooking basics – making good food at home.  These sessions are designed for the beginner cook and will go thru techniques of cooking various meats, cream sauces, side dishes including soup that will make your family proud!  Learn a little, laugh a little, make/eat your delicious dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:  You are registering for the three-class series (and don’t forget your take-home container and your bottle of wine for each class – see below for recommendation!).
