Based on many requests, let’s go beyond your store-bought pasta and take it to the next level – HOMEMADE (from scratch). Learn pasta making techniques to use at home for many types of dishes. This will tickle & tantalize your tastebuds and you will be the talk of the town because you will make the perfect pasta for your home or holiday events.
This session will include two types of pasta; basil pasta and holiday pasta (pasta with a tomato paste red color). We will make the pasta and then boil a portion of it to taste with marinara and alfredo sauces. The rest you will take home and freeze to enjoy later.
