Join Chef Paul on ZOOM for a few hours of making and preserving this gorgeous Ros’e jelly for your holiday gift-giving.  This session will walk you thru the steps of making the jam, as well as canning it.  You can enjoy a jar yourself and still have several to give as gifts to your friends and loved ones for the holidays.  This gorgeous jam is a nice, soft, and beautiful red wine jam that will be the hit of any holiday party, and will certainly be a huge hit with friends and family.
